Common questions
Straight answers, no runaround.
Everything you want to know before you call.
How much does drain cleaning cost?
Most standard cleanings run $125–$295 depending on drain location and severity. We give you an exact price before we start — no surprises on the invoice.
What is the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?
Snaking punches a hole through the clog. Hydro jetting scours the pipe walls clean with up to 4,000 PSI of water pressure. For recurring clogs or serious buildup, jetting is the permanent fix.
Do I really need a sewer camera inspection?
If you have recurring backups, are buying a home, or notice slow drains throughout the house, a camera inspection tells you exactly what is wrong and where — no guesswork, no unnecessary digging.
Are you actually available 24 hours a day?
Yes. A real dispatcher answers our emergency line around the clock, every day including holidays. No voicemail, no answering service.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Sewage backing into your home, a burst pipe, a gas smell near plumbing fixtures, or complete loss of hot water in freezing conditions are all emergencies. When in doubt, call — we would rather you call and have it turn out minor than wait on something that floods your home.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans so you can get the repair done now and pay over time. Ask your technician or visit our Financing page for details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. 911Drain is ROC licensed and insured in Arizona, and carries full general liability and workers compensation coverage.
How long does a typical visit take?
Drain cleanings and inspections are usually done in 45–90 minutes. Water heater replacements take 2–3 hours. Sewer line repairs vary by scope — we give you a realistic timeline before work begins.
Do you serve my city?
We cover the East Valley and surrounding areas — Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Scottsdale, and more. Not sure? Just call and we will tell you right away.
Will you give me a price before starting work?
Always. We diagnose first, price second, then wait for your approval before touching anything. No work starts without your written go-ahead.
