Do this right now
Before we arrive.
- 1
Shut off the main water valve
In most East Valley homes it is near the front hose bib or in the garage. If you cannot find it, the city shutoff is in the meter box at the curb.
- 2
Stay clear of electricity
If water is near outlets, appliances, or the electrical panel, switch off the breaker only if you can reach the panel without standing in water.
- 3
Drain the lines
Open a faucet at the lowest point in the house to let the water left in the pipes run out instead of leaking.
- 4
Move valuables and take photos
Get furniture and electronics out of the water and photograph the damage for your insurance claim.

Know what you are dealing with
Where is it leaking?
- Water spraying or dripping from a pipe, fitting, or supply line
- A spreading stain or bulge in the ceiling or drywall
- Hissing or running water inside a wall when nothing is on
- A warm spot on the floor, which can mean a hot water line leaking under the slab
- The water meter keeps moving with every fixture turned off
Common causes
Why it happens.
- Hard water corrosion
- East Valley water is hard. Over time it eats at copper and galvanized pipe and leaves pinhole leaks.
- High water pressure
- Pressure above what your plumbing is built for, often from a failed pressure regulator, strains every pipe and fitting.
- Failed supply lines
- The flexible lines under sinks and toilets and the hoses behind the washer wear out and can burst without warning.
- Aging galvanized pipe
- Older galvanized lines rust from the inside until a section gives out.
How we fix it
Fixed tonight, fixed for good.
Stop the water
We isolate the leaking line so the rest of the house can have water back as soon as possible.
Find the source
Water travels before it shows up. We trace it back to the actual failure, not just the wet spot.
Repair the damaged section
We cut out and replace the failed pipe, fitting, or supply line with new material.
Repipe when it keeps happening
If the pipe is corroded throughout, patching one leak just moves it. We quote a repipe so you can compare before deciding.
The technician gives you a clear price after diagnosing the problem and waits for your go-ahead. Same rates day, night, and weekends.

Questions
Burst pipe, answered.
- Is a burst pipe an emergency?
- Yes. A burst line can release hundreds of gallons an hour. Shut off the main water valve and call right away.
- How fast can you get here?
- Our emergency response target is 30 minutes. You'll get an honest arrival window when you call.
- Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
- No. There is no overtime markup. The technician gives you a clear price after diagnosing the problem and waits for your go-ahead before starting.
- How can I tell if I have a hidden leak?
- Turn off every faucet and water-using appliance, then check your water meter. If it is still moving, water is leaking somewhere.
- Will homeowners insurance cover a burst pipe?
- Many policies cover sudden bursts but not damage from slow, long-term leaks. Check with your insurer, and take photos before cleanup starts.
